What is the average lead time for a part that requires "new" tooling?
The average lead time is two to three weeks.


What is an example of a typical tooling cost?
Tooling costs usually run from $150.00 to $250.00


What types of metals can be photo chemically machined?
Most common metals are compatible with PCM such as stainless steel alloys,
mild steel alloys, carbon steels, copper and brass alloys, and nickel alloys.


What is the thickness range of metals that may
be photo chemically machined?

The thickness range is from .0005" (½ mill) to .080"


What dimensional tolerances can be achieved?
Dimensional tolerances are dependant upon the overall size of the
